Job Description

We are looking for a growth-driven Marketing Lead to own and scale our end-to-end marketing function for IT services. This role focuses on driving demand generation, building a strong sales pipeline, and positioning the brand through strategic content and multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a mix of creativity, data-driven thinking, and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on revenue impact and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Demand Generation: Own and execute the overall demand generation strategy, Build and scale a qualified lead pipeline, Experiment with and scale new growth and acquisition channels

Marketing Leadership & Strategy: Define and lead the marketing roadmap and execution plan, Drive thought leadership and brand positioning initiatives, Identify market opportunities and competitive differentiation

Sales Enablement: Support sales with high-quality collateral, decks, and messaging, Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity, Ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams

Content & Thought Leadership: Oversee creation of high-impact content across formats, Position the brand as an industry authority through strategic content

Events & Community: Plan and execute webinars, events, and engagement initiatives, Explore partnerships, alliances, and community-building opportunities

Multi-Channel Marketing: Manage campaigns across email, SEO, SEM, paid media, and social channels, Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints

Performance & Optimization: Track and analyze KPIs such as leads, CAC, and ROI, Continuously optimize campaigns and channels using data-driven insights

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services or SaaS
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong expertise in growth marketing and demand generation
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies
  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email, social media)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
  • Strong content and messaging capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance tracking and ROI
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to mentor teams and drive execution
  • Preferred Experience: Salesforce services, Microsoft ecosystem, Analytics and digital engineering solutions, ERP solutions, ERP solutions
